Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ThreadKeeper (the "Bot"), a Discord bot, handles information about its users.
Information We Store
The Bot stores the following information to keep threads.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| The ID of each server the Bot is added to | To tell which server a thread belongs to |
| The ID of each thread being kept | To unarchive the thread when it is archived |
| The date and time the Bot started keeping the thread | To check the status of registrations |
| The Discord display language of the person who ran /keep (such as ja or en-US) | To choose the language of notices posted in the thread |
The Bot does not store the user ID or username of the person who ran a command, message content, or thread content.
Operational Logs
To keep the Bot running, server IDs, thread IDs, and error details are logged.
Deleting Information
Running /cancel deletes the information about that thread.
Removing the Bot from a server deletes all information about that server. If the Bot is removed while it is offline, the information is deleted the next time it starts.
When a kept thread is deleted, its information is deleted automatically.
Third-Party Services
The Bot runs on Discord. The Bot's program and the information it stores are hosted on Railway (servers in the United States).
Sharing with Third Parties
Stored information is not shared with third parties, except as required by law.

This policy may be updated as needed. Any changes will be announced on this page.
